This section is fully computerised and equipped with most advanced reservation systems and other modern communication technologies. The department provides complete solution to the travel needs – planning, reservtions, ticketing etc. on all carriers serving the world.
Holiday Division :
This section provides worldwide hotel reservations, apartment rental, car rental, and arranged tours. We are preferred agents for various Tour Operators like C.T.N. New York, KUONI Geneva, GULLIVERS TRAVEL London, TOUR EAST, etc.
Corporate Clients Section :
This is the section catering to the needs of our large fleet of corporate clients. The section has highly qualified staff and other facilities to maintain a very high standard of service to our corporate clients. For Companies with large volume of business, we depute our qualified staff to personally handle their business full time. We even provide on-site representatives in their office with a GALILEO terminal to make bookings faster and convenient to our clients. He will make bookings, quote prices and provide information needed for your company staff through his system.
Special Service Section :
An exclusive section is created to provide very special service to our VIP clients. The section is very well equiped and manned to meet the discerning needs of high flying VIP clients.
However, our services are not confined to just the head office. Most of above services are available through all of our branches. The following facilities which we offer thorugh all our branches will give you an idea of the services we are offering.
1. AIRLINE TICKETS :
We arrange for Air tickets to any destinations in the world by any Airlines, at the best available rates. Through the most advanced computerized reservation system available today, GALILEO, we ensure fast, efficient and most reliable reservation services.
We ensure that the passengers get the lowest possible price on Airline tickets, which are subject to approval of the Civil Aviation Presidency.
2. TOUR MANAGEMENT :
ARABIAN COMPANY FOR TRAVELLERS SERVICES, the Holiday Division of ALSARH, offers hotel reservations, car bookings and package tours world wide. Through online reservation systems like SABRE, which is linked with over 526 Airlines world-wide, more than 24,000 hotels world-wide, apart from Car rentals, Theater, Cruise operators, Railways and even many special events throughout the world, and through specially negotiated contracts with leading Tour Operators and hotel chains, we provide you the best tour packages. We understand and arrange for every requirements of the discerning Middle East passengers throughout the trip, in any country, like hotel, apartments, car, transfers, conferences, treatment or any related services.
3. VISAS, LICENSE and OTHER SERVICES :
Through our Customer Services Section we obtain Visas from Foreign Embassies for our passengers. We also arrange for International Driving License and trip tickets at nominal rates. We provide Car Rental at special rate all over the world.
4. MEDICAL TREATMENT PACKAGES :
Throughout the year, we arrange for SPA and other forms of medical treatments worldwide for our customers at the most competitive rates. By having contacts with many of the renowned hospitals and sanatoriums worldwide, we are able to arrange for treatment programs including SPA and other specialized forms of treatment in hospitals out of the Kingdom for our clients.
5. LANGUAGE SCHOOLS :
We arrange for English Language Study abroad for our clients through different world famous Language School Centers in different parts of the world. Courses are offered starting from 03 or 04 weeks to a Full Academic Year for students of different lanaguage levels. We also arrange for specialsed studies like the IT technology.
6. CARGO SERVICES :
We offer door to door delivery services of Air Cargo at very special rates. We also arrange for package services to our clients.
7. AIRPORT SERVICES :
For the V.I.P. Passengers, Executives, top Management Staff, etc. we have special service, "MEET AND ASSIST" at the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. Our representative at the K.K.I.Airport, Riyadh is reachable through his mobile. In case of any last minute service disruption, he is always connectable.
Subject to 24 hours notice, we provide Advance check-in facilities at K.K.I.Airport, Riyadh for V.I.P. customers on all flights with all Airlines to All destinations.
